Please do not wait for pictures to appear on the ''Available'' page as cats/kittens are often booked in advance of photo's being taken/added. As such, it is better to contact us with an enquiry so that we may reserve you a cat/kitten should you beinterested in one. All of our cat's/kitten's are sold in good faith and are reserved by way of a 75 pound deposit (per cat/kitten). This will not be refunded should the purchaser not go ahead with the buying of the cat/kitten. However, this would be returned in the unlikely event that we could not let the cat/kitten leave us i.e. for reasons of i'll health/delayed development etc... ''Heathrose Persians & Exotics retains the right to refuse/withdraw from the sale of any adult cat/kitten featured on this site as available should we wish to do so at any time'' All Heathrose cat's are sold under strict contract (enforceable by law) in order to ensure their safety. Pet quality kittens are to be spayed/neutered before 6 months of age. Our cats are sold to permanent, indoor and above all, safe loving homes only (which we take very seriously). As such, we urge prospective pet buyers to read the contract below before making an enquiry. Kitten price's start from £375 pounds for pet's and upwards for show/breed/stud quality. This includes pedigree, inoculation's for Flu & Enteritis; worming, litter training, six weeks free Petplan insurance, kitten starter pack & care sheet. We also offer a lifetime of advice and support should you need it. Please Note we DO NOT home kitten's before the age of 13 weeks old!!!

(We retain the right of refusal if another buyer expresses an interest in the cat/kitten; and there is no commitment to the first party). Sale pending - A deposit has been paid (cat/kitten will be held for the buyer until full payment is due). Sold - The cat/kitten has been paid for in full/has gone to it's new home.

Pet quality/Breed quality/Show quality (explained...) Pet quality - cat/kitten is healthy and pedigreed. Quality is established because it does not meet all the standards for showing GCCF dictates. Difference is very hard to be noticed by ''non show'' persons. Temperament is exactly the same. Pet Quality does NOT come with show/breeding rights (as such, pet price reflects this). Breed quality - cat/kitten is healthy and pedigreed. An excellent asset to a breeding program, but colour conformation may not be show standard or a tooth may be out of alignment/asbent. Show quality - cat/kitten is healthy and pedigreed. We anticipate that the cat/kitten will do well in show rings, however this is only our perspective and show success cannot be guaranteed.

When enquiring please tell us whether you are looking for a pet or if you are a fancier looking for breed or show quality. Please also let us know a little about yourself, your breeding or show experience, goals, location you live in, what organisation(s) you show/plan to show in etc... (On occasion we will ask for references) If we do not have the colour kitten you're wanting, please still contact us as we may be able to put you in touch with another reputable breeder. In any case we would urge all prospective buyers to only approach breeders from the FAB/PKD screening list. This would ensure you do not purchase a kitten with Polycystic Kidney Disease. When enquiring, please complete and submit the enquiry form on the left which will be e-mailed directly to us at and responded to as soon as possible. Due to work commitments (Monday - Friday), we are unavailable to answer telephone enquiries during the day (hence the enquiry form).
